LEAP AFRICA HOLDS 11TH CEOS FORUM

The LEAP Africa 11^th CEOs Forum is taking place on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the Landmark Event Centre, Water Corporation Road, Victoria Island Annex, Lagos.

This year’s CEO Forum with the theme: “Attracting Financing for your Business: Strategies and Opportunities” will expose entrepreneurs across the spectrum to the breadth of financing options available, including angel investors, venture capital, private equity investors, commercial bank loans, challenge funds, development financing and the stock market. Entrepreneurs will learn how to evaluate the different options. Participants will also learn from the successes and failures of other entrepreneurs in sourcing for finance.

The CEO Forum, established by LEAP Africa since 2005, serves as a platform for interaction, knowledge sharing and partnerships between Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) and leading private and public sector organizations who offer cutting-edge solutions, support and services that aid growth, development and sustainability of businesses in Nigeria. 

The format of this year's event is as follows:

The Forum - 9.00am - 1.00pm: 1000 CEOs hosted to a moderated conversation on ways to attract financing regardless of the size and stage of your business. Speaking at the forum are:

ENTERS "ZONE 222"

Renowned filmmaker Rogers Ofime, the producer and director of Oloibiri, The Johnsons, Hush, Tinsel and Hotel Majestic, is set to premiere a hilarious campus comedy series, Zone 222.

Shot at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Zone 222 is about five roommates of different astonishing characters and their two ever present female friends who always add colour to their struggles, follies and everyday campus lives.

Each episode comes with loads of fun and message for the youth and adults. It is a youth-appealing TV series that has risen the bar for subsequent ones.

The television series, which is a production of Native Media, features Tomiwa Kukoyi, Papa Sam, Jayeola Muyiwa, Anthony Igwe, Vannesa Ogboru, Eden Attai and Patrick Diabuah, will debut June 1 on African Magic Urban, Channel 153 at 8.30pm; and would be televised Monday to Friday on same station by 9.30pm.
